Four of us met early at Falls Bridge yesterday to avoid the hassles of getting around the Philadelphia Distance Run. Annie, Andrea, Steve and me took off on a nice ride to Collegeville. It must be squirrel season because along the way, we (or I) kept having some close encounters with them.

Sutton, Quebec – 4 - 6 July, 2008- I love and dread this event. This was the nineteenth time in twenty years I have come to the Coupe des Ameriques Stage Race. I’ve come to Sutton one time just to ride and share this beautiful area of Quebec, twice when I was too injured to ride and sixteen times to race. This year I came to compete.

Report from Italy

First Day ride to Gradara

I sitting here the night before the Gran Fondo, Marco Pantani in Riccione, Italy. The Hotel Gran San Bernardo is right across the street from the Adriatic Sea. The night is perfect and the anticipation of tomorrow's ride is on everyone's mind. I hope to have more to write tomorrow or the next but safe to say that one of the climbs tomorrow features a section of 18% for 1 kilometer.

TSV...Nobody Does It Better!

Graham Coy solo

As Tri-State Velo starts its 14th year we would like to profile Dana Feiss and Graham Coy, two young athletes that have the fire and desire to make the "big time" of professional cycling.

In this time of drug controversies and scandals it is refreshing to see athleticism at its finest. We are proud to introduce our best young talent for 2008 and hopefully beyond.
