Ion padding causing some problems in smaller sizes.

It seems that we have had some issues with the Ion pad in the smaller sized shorts, especially women's extra smalls and smalls. The pad seems to bunch up and cause chaffing. We have also had some misslabeled items.
The ion padding in the women's shorts is causing chaffing and a lot of discomfort at the end of rides longer than 50 miles. I've had some bunching up in medium.
The only thing I noticed about the shorts this year is that they feel a bit looser (or possibly lighter weight material) and that the legs are  noticably shorter. Last year's shorts needed to be flipped at he bottom to perfectly line up with my tan line, this year's hits the tan line without flipping. No big deal, just noticed it. Jersey is wonderful.Tom Kellogg SPECTRUM CYCLES, inc. 610-398-1986
